Non-standard thin-walled hardware parts (0.5-2mm wall thickness) have always been an industry difficulty in precision processing due to poor rigidity and easy deformation. We have developed an exclusive process for this purpose, adopting vacuum adsorption fixtures to reduce clamping stress, combined with high-speed small-feed cutting parameters and ±2℃ constant temperature workshop to control thermal deformation, controlling flatness within 0.008mm and surface roughness Ra≤0.2μm. Each batch of products undergoes full-size CMM inspection, completely solving the customer’s pain point of 'easy deformation and difficulty in meeting standards', and adapting to the needs of high-end fields such as medical and electronics.
